Training Package & Exam Reimbursement
The Agent Business Development & Technology Package may include training materials, technology access, business tools, mentorship, carrier resources, marketing support, and other business development resources described on the workshop page.
The 14-day fast start reimbursement is available only when all stated requirements are met. To qualify, the agent must successfully pass the required state licensing exam within 14 days of enrollment. Reimbursement applies only to the first state exam voucher or licensing fee if applicable and only when the required documentation is provided and approved.

- Reimbursement applies to the first exam attempt only, unless otherwise approved in writing.

Agent Technology Package Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or enrolling in the Agent Business Development & Technology Package, you acknowledge that the package provides access to business development resources, technology tools, training materials, support, and related resources intended to help you begin building a professional financial services business.
DMF Agency operates within the PHP Agency and Integrity platform environment. Agent onboarding, training access, business tools, Bamboo Platform access, Integrity Connect access, carrier resources, lead resources, CRM tools, and related technology may be provided through PHP Agency, Integrity, insurance carriers, exam vendors, or other third-party portals. Access to those systems is subject to the applicable PHP Agency, Integrity, carrier, vendor, and third-party terms, privacy policies, compliance rules, eligibility requirements, approvals, and account setup procedures.
- The package does not guarantee that you will pass a state licensing exam.
- The package does not guarantee that you will receive or maintain a state license.
- Licensing requirements are controlled by each state and may include exam, background, fingerprinting, fee, education, residency, or other requirements.
- You are responsible for completing all state, exam vendor, agency, and carrier requirements that apply to you.
- Training materials and mentorship are provided to support preparation and business development, but individual results depend on personal effort, eligibility, compliance, and state approval.
- No income, commission, carrier appointment, employment, business result, or client outcome is guaranteed.
- Access to PHP Agency Bamboo, Integrity Connect, carrier resources, lead resources, CRM tools, or third-party tools may require separate registration, login credentials, approval, acceptance of provider terms, and ongoing compliance.
- The 14-day reimbursement incentive applies only if all stated requirements are met, including passing the applicable state licensing exam within 14 days of enrollment and providing required proof.
- The 10-day refund policy applies to eligible refund requests submitted within 10 days of purchase, subject to review and any non-refundable third-party costs or already-issued resources.

Refund Policy
Refund requests for the Agent Business Development & Technology Package must be submitted within 10 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to review and may depend on whether training materials, technology access, vouchers, third-party services, or other non-refundable resources have already been issued, activated, used, or accessed.
Refunds may not be available after the 10-day refund window or for costs paid directly to third parties, state agencies, exam vendors, background-check providers, fingerprinting providers, or other outside service providers.
